On engagement, MCB experts work closely with your team to identify key issues (e.g. duplicate supplier invoices, under-recovery of VAT or contract compliance anomalies). Recovery then takes place from our premises, with regular progress reports enabling you to easily monitor total revenues recovered - from your desk.
